\n1.1 This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations arising from the purchase and use of gift cards between the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and SOODUSHIND O\u00dc (hereinafter referred to as “Skiter.ee”), registered at 12301014.
\n1..2. The gift voucher confirms the right of its holder to use the services of SKITER SALON Tallinn Beauty Salon (hereinafter referred to as the “Salon”) up to the nominal value of the gift voucher and is valid subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
\n1.3. Gift vouchers can be purchased from the website www.skiter.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) or directly from the Salon located at 62 Koidu Street, Tallinn.
\n1.4. The Client may transfer the Gift Card to a third party (hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”).[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]2. Purchase procedure<\/strong><\/span>
\n2.1. The Client can purchase a gift card via the Website or in the Salon.
\n2.2. When placing an order on the Website, the Client is obliged to provide correct and truthful information.
\n2.3. By placing an order, the Client confirms that he\/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
\n2.4. The Agreement between the Client and Skiter.ee shall enter into force upon confirmation of payment.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]3. Use and duration<\/strong><\/span>
\n3.1 The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
\n3.2 The Gift Voucher can only be used to pay for the services offered in the Salon.
\n3.3 The Gift Voucher can only be used once. It is presumed that the person presenting the card is authorised to use it.
\n3.4. If the cost of the service exceeds the nominal value of the gift card, the Customer or the Beneficiary is obliged to pay the difference. If the cost of the service is less than the nominal value of the card, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
\n3.5. To use the gift card, the Beneficiary must contact Skiter.ee in advance by booking the service, submitting the card code and agreeing on the date and time of its use.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]4. Gift card delivery<\/strong><\/span>
\n4.1 Electronic gift cards purchased from the Website will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer within 1 (one) business day after the payment has been confirmed.
\n4.2 Physical gift cards purchased from the Salon will be delivered to the Customer or the Recipient in person.
\n4.3 Skiter.ee shall not be liable for delivery errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]5. Rights and obligations of the parties<\/strong><\/span>
\n5.1. Skiter.ee’s obligations:
\n– to deliver the Gift Card to the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
\n– to ensure that the Card can be used to pay for the Salon’s services
\n5.2. The Customer’s obligations:
\n– to provide true and correct information when placing an order
\n– to pay the amount of the Gift Card in due time
\n– to familiarize with the terms and conditions of this Agreement before purchasing the Card.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]6. Return and cancellation<\/strong><\/span>
\n6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw the Gift Card within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its receipt, if the Card has not been used and the Service has not been booked on the basis of the Card.
\n6.2 In order to return the Gift Card, a written application must be submitted to Skiter.ee and the Card must be returned in electronic or physical form.
\n6.3 No money will be refunded for unused Services upon expiry of the Card.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]7. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/span>
\n7.1 Skiter.ee undertakes to process the Customer’s and the Recipient’s personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
\n7.2 Personal data shall be used only for the performance of the contract and for the provision of the services related to the Gift Card.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]8. Liability of the parties<\/strong><\/span>
\n8.1. Skiter.ee and the Client shall be liable for breach of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
\n8.2. The Parties shall be released from liability in case of force majeure.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]9. Dispute settlement<\/strong><\/span>
\n9.1 Disputes related to the performance of this Agreement shall be settled by negotiation.
\n9.2 If no agreement can be reached, the Customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee or the Estonian courts.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]10. Other conditions<\/strong><\/span>
\n10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is repealed, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=””]Soodushind O\u00dc<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
